本利用規約（以下「本規約」）は、MeON（以下「本アプリ」）の利用に関する条件を定めるものです。本アプリをインストール、または利用することにより、本規約に同意したものとみなします。

第1条（適用）

本規約は、本アプリの提供者（以下「運営者」）と利用者との間の本アプリの利用に関わる一切の関係に適用されます。

第2条（利用登録）

1. 本アプリの利用にあたって、利用者は本アプリ内でプロフィール写真の登録など必要な情報を提供することがあります。
2. 運営者は、利用者が次のいずれかに該当する場合、登録を取り消しまたは利用を制限することができます。
   • 本規約に違反した場合
   • 登録事項に虚偽の事実があった場合
   • その他、運営者が利用を不適切と判断した場合

第3条（禁止事項）

利用者は、本アプリの利用にあたり、以下の行為をしてはなりません。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為
• 他人の肖像権、著作権、商標権その他の知的財産権を侵害する行為
• 本人の同意を得ずに第三者の写真を本アプリにアップロードする行為
• 性的、暴力的、差別的、その他不適切と判断されるコンテンツを生成・共有する行為
• 本アプリのリバースエンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、解析を行う行為
• 本アプリを商用目的で無断利用する行為
• その他、運営者が不適切と判断する行為

第4条（AI 生成コンテンツについて）

1. 本アプリは外部の AI サービス（Google Gemini 等）を利用して試着画像を生成します。
2. 生成された画像はあくまで参考であり、実際の着用感や色味、サイズと完全に一致することは保証されません。
3. 生成画像の最終的な利用責任は利用者に帰属します。

第5条（知的財産権）

1. 本アプリ自体および付随するロゴ、デザインに関する知的財産権は運営者または正当な権利者に帰属します。
2. 利用者が本アプリにアップロードした写真の権利は引き続き利用者に帰属します。
3. 利用者は、第三者が著作権を有する画像を許諾なくアップロードしてはなりません。

第6条（利用料金とポイント）

1. 本アプリの一部機能は、ポイントの消費または有料サブスクリプションが必要です。
2. サブスクリプションは Apple のアプリ内課金（自動更新型）として提供されます。期間終了の24時間前までにキャンセルしない限り自動更新されます。
3. キャンセルは iOS の「設定」→「Apple ID」→「サブスクリプション」から行ってください。
4. 購入したポイントおよびサブスクリプション料金は、購入後の払い戻しを原則として行いません（Apple のキャンセル規定に従う場合を除く）。
5. サブスクリプションプランのポイント付与は以下のとおりです。
   1. 加入時に、当月分のポイント（Standard プラン: 30 pt / Premium プラン: 100 pt）を即時付与します。
   2. 翌月以降は、月が変わった後の初回アプリ起動時に同額のポイントを自動付与します。サーバーからのプッシュではなく、アプリ起動が付与の契機となります。
   3. Standard 加入期間中に Premium へアップグレードした場合、同月内に差分（70 pt）を追加付与します。
   4. Premium から Standard へのダウングレードが行われた場合、同月内の追加付与は行いません（既に付与済みのポイントの取り戻しも行いません）。
   5. 長期間アプリを起動しなかった場合、未受領月分の遡及付与は行いません。

第7条（免責事項）

1. 運営者は、本アプリの提供にあたり、可能な限り適切な内容となるよう努めますが、その完全性・正確性・安全性を保証するものではありません。
2. 本アプリの利用により発生した損害について、運営者は故意または重大な過失がない限り、責任を負わないものとします。
3. 本アプリは外部 API への通信が必要なため、ネットワーク障害や外部サービスの仕様変更により利用できなくなる場合があります。

第8条（サービス内容の変更）

運営者は、利用者への事前の通知なく、本アプリの内容を変更、または提供を停止することがあります。これにより利用者に生じた損害について、運営者は責任を負いません。

第9条（規約の変更）

運営者は、必要と判断した場合には、利用者に通知することなく本規約を変更することができます。変更後の規約は、本アプリ内または本サポートサイトに掲載した時点から効力を生じます。

第10条（準拠法・裁判管轄）

本規約の解釈にあたっては、日本法を準拠法とします。本アプリに関して紛争が生じた場合には、運営者の所在地を管轄する裁判所を専属的合意管轄とします。

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your use of MeON (the "App"). By installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all relationships between the App's operator (the "Operator") and users in connection with use of the App.

2. Registration

1. To use the App, you may be required to provide information such as a profile photo within the App.
2. The Operator may revoke registration or limit use if you:
   • Violate these Terms;
   • Provide false information; or
   • Otherwise engage in conduct the Operator deems inappropriate.

3. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or public order;
• Infringe the portrait rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights of others;
• Upload photos of any third party without that person's consent;
• Generate or share sexual, violent, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or analyze the App;
• Use the App for commercial purposes without permission;
• Engage in any other conduct the Operator deems inappropriate.

4. AI-Generated Content

1. The App uses external AI services (such as Google Gemini) to generate try-on images.
2. Generated images are for reference only and are not guaranteed to match actual fit, color, or sizing.
3. You are solely responsible for how you use generated images.

5. Intellectual Property

1. All intellectual-property rights in the App, including its logos and design, belong to the Operator or the respective rights holders.
2. You retain the rights to photos you upload.
3. You must not upload images for which a third party holds copyright without proper permission.

6. Fees and Points

1. Some features of the App require points or a paid subscription.
2. Subscriptions are offered as Apple In-App Purchases (auto-renewing). They renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
3. You can cancel from iOS Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.
4. Purchased points and subscription fees are generally non-refundable, except as required by Apple's cancellation policy.
5. Subscription points are granted as follows:
   1. When you subscribe, the points for the current month (Standard: 30 pt / Premium: 100 pt) are credited immediately.
   2. From the following month onward, the same amount is credited automatically on the first app launch after the calendar month changes. Grants are not server-pushed; opening the app is the trigger.
   3. If you upgrade from Standard to Premium within the same month, the difference (70 pt) is credited as an additional top-up.
   4. Downgrading from Premium to Standard within the same month does not trigger an additional grant, and previously granted points are not clawed back.
   5. If you do not open the app for an extended period, missed monthly grants are not retroactively credited.

7. Disclaimer

1. The Operator strives to provide appropriate content but does not guarantee its completeness, accuracy, or safety.
2. Except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, the Operator is not liable for any damage arising from your use of the App.
3. Because the App relies on external APIs, it may become unavailable due to network failure or third-party service changes.

8. Changes to the Service

The Operator may modify or discontinue the App without prior notice. The Operator is not liable for any damage resulting from such changes.

9. Changes to These Terms

The Operator may revise these Terms when necessary without prior notice. Revised Terms take effect when posted in the App or on this support site.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute arising in connection with the App is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court having jurisdiction over the Operator's address as the court of first instance.
